A lot of inaccurate information circulating pregnancy in the society. Inaccurate information has been developed into a myth that pregnancy is very believable. 

Unfortunately, the myth of pregnancy sometimes influence the attitudes of pregnant women in the face of her pregnancy. Pregnancy myths include:



  • The myth that pregnant women should eat twice as much, when in fact the quantity of food has no effect on pregnant women, it was a big influence food quality on the health of pregnant women.
  • The myth that pregnant women should not eat goat meat because harmful to the fetus. In fact, if the mother does not have excess cholesterol or heart disease should only consume goat meat with a reasonable portion.
